PEC Fund acquires Manhattan Business and Distribution Centre
POLAND CBRE Global Investors has completed the EUR 30 mln acquisition of the Manhattan Business and Distribution Centre in Warsaw on behalf of the Pan European Core Fund (PEC Fund) from Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II, managed by Heitman International.

POLAND The Trzy Korony shopping centre developed by CD Locum was opened on October 26th in Nowy Sącz. Construction work on the 35,000 sqm centre, which offers over 120 stores and a car park for 800 vehicles took 2.5 years.
