PHN confirms Hochtief JV
POLAND On October 3rd Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) is to sign an agreement with Hochtief for the development of an office tower at ul. Swiętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw, according to the former company’s latest stock exchange announcement.
Green certified space to triple in Russia
RUSSIA By the end of 2015, Russian green certified office and industrial stock is expected to almost triple – growing from the current 450,000 sqm to 1.2 mln sqm, according to research by Jones Lang LaSalle.

Bank Zachodni WBK to move into Atrium 1
POLAND Skanska Property Poland has signed a lease with Bank Zachodni WBK of the Santander Group for 12,200 sqm of offices in the Atrium 1 building in Warsaw, as well as a bank branch on the ground floor. Atrium 1, which is currently under construction at the ONZ roundabout in the city, is now 80 pct leased.
