Cushman & Wakefield has presented unique data based on its record of enquiries made by those interested in leasing industrial and logistics space in the Czech Republic. Interest was at a record high in 2023, up 50 pct from 2019, which means one mln sqm in demand.

The only hotel located in Croatian national park, on Mljet Island, has been put on sale. Hotel Odisej, a 3-star resort built in 1978 and renovated in 1996 and 2004, offers 155 rooms and two apartments.

Poland Holiday Inn Resort Warsaw Józefów changes ownership
TMS Inwestycje, a company controlled by Tobias Solorz, has acquired the 148-room Holiday Inn Resort Warszawa Józefów hotel from the Aquila Group. The transaction included both the property and the shares in Aquila Hotels, the company operating the hotel in Józefów.

Czech Republic Hila takes off in Prague
Passerinvest Group symbolically launched the construction of the multifunctional Hila building in Brumlovka, Prague 4. Upon its completion in 2027, the building will provide a combination of approximately 20,500 sqm of offices for rent, 71 rental flats and retail spaces of 2000 sqm.

Cloud IX, Budapest’s latest panoramic skybar, has been opened in the ibis & Tribe Budapest Stadium Hotel in the WING Liberty building. Opened last December in Budapest’s District IX, the hotel complex boasts a total of 332 rooms and a wide range of services.
