Hungary Budapest's Liget Center to grow
The renovation of Liget Center in the centre of Budapest, a Wing development, is about to reach a new milestone: a new building with an all-glass facade will join the two existing office buildings – Liget Center Classic and Liget Center Auditorium – in the inner courtyard. Liget Center Vitrum will offer future tenants an additional 2,200 sqm of leasable space.

Poland MLP in speculative mood
MLP Group is starting construction of new facilities in three logistics parks, the total area of which will be around 75,000 sqm. The developments, which are being built on a speculative basis, will be ready for use as early as the end of this year and the beginning of next year.

International Industrial Properties, the logistics platform owned by Madison International Realty and Griffin Capital Partners, has sold a single-lease logistics property in Germany. This is the company's second transaction in Germany, the first having been completed in June last year.

Panattoni has extended its sponsorship agreement with Poland’s premier golfer, Adrian Meronk. In the first year of Panattoni’s sponsorship, Meronk achieved his highest-ever ranking and also took part in the world’s most prestigious tournament – The US Masters in Georgia. He now has a good chance of representing Europe during the prestigious Ryder Cup.

French grocery operator Carrefour has signed an agreement with Belgian retail group Louis Delhaize for the acquisition of its activities in Romania, which includes ten Cora hypermarkets and eight Cora Urban stores, as well as an e-commerce platform, logistics and central services.
