Czech-Dutch investor Fidurock has acquired Retail Park Trutnov in the Hradec Králové region from Czech Fund, which is managed by Brno-based Investiční skupina DRFG.

MDC2 has chosen Depenbrock Polska as the general contractor for MDC2 Park Łódź South. The two-building, 80,000 sqm project will be situated in Głuchów, 19 km from the southern boundary of Łódź.

Hungary Liberty at last!
The use permit has been obtained for the office area in the south wing of the Liberty complex, which is being developed by Wing in Budapest. Work is also now underway on the north wing with 20,000 sqm of office space, which is expected to come into use in H1 2024.
