According to Savills latest research, European offices and logistics are the two commercial real estate sectors most shielded from energy shocks as utility costs account for a relatively small share of total business spending.

G City Europe has completed the acquisition of the remaining 25 pct stake it did not previously own in the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre in Prague 4 (Nusle) for EUR 60.5 mln.

Poland Panattoni with over EUR 48 mln loan
Panattoni has been granted financing for Panattoni Park Lublin II – a comprehensive business platform with an area of around 84,000 sqm. The EUR 48 mln loan, including VAT, was granted by Bank Pekao SA.

Poland 7R Park Kielce expanded
7R completed the expansion of 7R Park Kielce halls. The current tenant, myBOX Logistics, leased additional space and will thus occupy over 30,800 sqm in the project.

Romania Multiple attractions in Colosseum Mall
Colosseum Mall in Bucharest has announced the signing of a lease agreement with Hype by Kiddo for the opening of large entertainment centre. The centre will have an area of approx. 2,500 sqm, and the tenant's investment will amount to EUR 1.5 mln.

Poland Boeing chooses SkyRes
Boeing, an aerospace company, has leased close to 6,600 sqm in the SkyRes building in Rzeszów. This represents the largest transaction in terms of sqm on the Rzeszów office market to date.

Hungary AI in ZenGarden
AIP Labs, a Canadian-Hungarian company pioneering in the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare, is moving to the top floor of ZenGarden office building in Budapest. AIP Labs will run the digital dermatology clinic from the new office starting this summer.

Poland Panattoni Park Błonie III completed ahead of time
Harden Construction has completed erection of a new warehouse at Panattoni Park Błonie III. The general contractor took seven months to complete all works, including obtaining an occupancy permit. The area of the facility is 43,400 sqm.

Poland Wola Retro changes hands
Develia has finalised its agreement to sell the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw to WR Office, a subsidiary of an investment fund managed by the Adventum Group for EUR 69.3 mln (app. PLN 318 mln).

Germany Garbe and Jebens are building together
With the symbolic ground-breaking ceremony, construction work has begun at Victoria Park Hamburg on a future-oriented property where components for hydrogen production will be manufactured, tested and stored. The property with a total area of around 18,000 sqm is being built in a joint venture by Garbe and the Jebens Group.

Poland Studio B reaches highest point

Two years after construction work began, building E of Poznań's Nowy Rynek office complex has been granted a use permit. The first tenants of the office building completed by Skanska will move into their offices in July this year.

According to Walter Herz, investments in the real estate market are coming through regardless of the difficulties in the economy, but housing construction has temporarily slowed down. Warehouses have slowed down, while retail parks are still gaining momentum.

Serbia Radisson RED to arrive in Belgrade
Radisson Hotel Group has announced the debut of its Radisson RED brand in Serbia with the signing of Radisson RED Belgrade, set to open later this year. Located just minutes from the capital’s historic centre, the hotel is the first Radisson RED branded facility to be operated by PPHE Hotel Group’s Croatian subsidiary Arena Hospitality Group.

CEE GTC's portfolio with major changes in 2022
GTC reported rental income of EUR 167 mln in 2022, compared to EUR 172 mln in 2021. The decrease was due, among other things, to the sale of the group's Serbian portfolio and lower occupancy levels in Polish and Romanian office buildings.
