Poland Norblin with no barriers
The Norblin Factory mulfunctional complex in Warsaw's Wola district has received Barrier-Free Building (‘Obiekt Bez Barier’) certificates from Fundacja Integracja. Both the new and historic buildings of the complex owned by the Capital Park Group have been certified for architectural accessibility and adaptation to the needs of various users, including people with disabilities, the elderly, those with temporary disabilities, and parents with children.

Poland No new Warsaw offices in Q1 – Newmark
According to the ‘Office Occupier – Warsaw Office Market’ report by Newmark Polska, the first three months of 2023 saw no new office completions in Warsaw, while occupier activity weakened and the capital’s vacancy rate remained flat compared to the previous quarter. Developers are, however, commencing or planning new office projects in the city.

Poland Bosch pumps it up in Lower Silesia
Bosch will build a heat pump factory in Dobromierz near Wałbrzych in Lower Silesia in an investment of app. PLN 1.2 bln.

Poland Onwelo comfortable in Łódź
In June, Polish IT company Onwelo is to move into 1,200 sqm in the Brama Miasta office building, which has been developed by Skanska in Łódź.

Poland Café, jazz and dragon in the office
Panattoni has leased almost 600 sqm in the W3 building on ul. Wadowicka in Kraków, where a team of 20 people that serves the Podkarpackie region is to work. The office space has been finished based on a unique design by Panattoni drawn up in collaboration with Massive Design.

Poland Legal eagles fly into Renoma
Olesiński and Wspólnicy, a consulting company, has chosen office space in the redeveloped Renoma for its new Wrocław base. The lawyers and advisors are to lay out their 2,200 sqm office on the second floor of the building in the administrative capital of Lower Silesia.

Panattoni has launched construction work on Panattoni Park Tricity East III, which on completion will comprise 44,300 sqm, of which 33,600 sqm has already been leased.

Germany Garbe celebrates with BCube
Construction work on the new production and logistics property in Hörselberg-Hainich is progressing rapidly: six months after the first excavators rolled in to prepare the ground for the foundations, Garbe Industrial Real Estate as the project developer and BCube Logistik GmbH as the tenant celebrated the topping-out ceremony. The property, with a total area of 35,000 square metres, is scheduled for completion in autumn.

Czech Republic Logicor turns on to Turnov
Logicor has acquired an app. 10 ha brownfield site near Turnov, in the municipality of Příšovice, about 90 km northeast of Prague.

Poland Five stars under the Wawel
The five-star 12-14 Stradom House hotel in Kraków is already welcoming its first guests. The property operates under the Autograph Collection brand, which is part of the Marriott International chain. Angel Poland Group is responsible for the development of the hotel.

Lithuania EUR 92 mln for renewable energy
The investment company Atsinaujinančios Energetikos Investicijos (AEI) raised almost EUR 92 mln in just two years. Its manager Grėtė Bukauskaitė says they are delighted but not surprised by the popularity of renewable energy investments.

Poland Regesta is happy with Panattoni
Regesta, a logistics services provider, has leased nearly 36,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Tricity East V. Its new facility will enable it to cooperate with the nearby seaport, offer container handling in the Baltic Hub and the BCT, and expand its sea transport services.

Czech Republic CTP holds the record
The newly constructed warehouse, which has expanded CTPark Prague West, has been certified as the most environmentally friendly industrial building in the Czech Republic according to ‘BREEAM New Construction’ standards, with a record score of 92.1 pct. The building is home to Rhenus Logistics, which uses it as a cross-dock for its pan-European network for collection services and warehousing.

Slovakia Penta moves forward with Southbank show
Penta Real Estate has announced that the design competition for its large-scale Southbank development in Bratislava has been won by Norwegian studio Snøhetta and London-based Studio Egret West, in collaboration with local studio Gro Architects.

Skanska has been commissioned to construct a new building for Polish video game developer CD Projekt on its main campus in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district.

Poland Panattoni grows in Bielsko-Biała
Construction work starts on the third building of Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV. Over half the area of around 40,000 sqm to be taken up by a Polmotors production plant. Upon completion, the development is to comprise three buildings with a combined area of over 100,000 sqm. The complex is almost fully commercialised.

Poland Alior Bank finances Panattoni Lublin IV
Panattoni, the European industrial real estate market leader, launched construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV in March. Eventually the centre will comprise almost 55,000 sqm and become a key logistics and production centre for the region. The main support for the development is EUR 32.8 mln of financing from Alior Bank.
