Bulgaria Industrial space market overview in Sofia
According to an MBL survey conducted during H1 of 2023, the total stock of industrial space in Sofia exceeded to a little over 4 mln sqm ready-to-use space. Another 252,000 sqm were under construction and expected to be completed in the following year. During H1, approx. two-thirds of the current stock was owner-occupied.

However, the experts expect the deliveries of new office space to be on a downward trend, both in the second period of the year and in 2024.
