CZECH REPUBLIC CTP buys from GLP
CTP has acquired an 18,000 sqm warehouse and a 33 ha plot in Ostrava’s Hrušov district from Bluehouse Capital for an undisclosed sum.

Poland Cavatina prepares Katowice resi-project
Cavatina is planning of a new mixed-use development in the centre of Katowice. Further details of the project have yet to be revealed, but, as ‘Eurobuild’ has managed to establish, the app. 20,000 sqm gla complex will contain around 200 flats.

Poland First Polish M Park opens – in Świdnik
UK-based M Core, through its subsidiary LCP Properties, is to develop Świdnik M Park in an investment of EUR 10 mln. The 7,700 sqm retail park is the group’s largest development so far in Poland and the first under the M Park brand.

Poland Panattoni secures millions for Poznań project

Poland BNP Paribas to finance expansion of MLP Czeladź
MLP has signed a new financing agreement with BNP Paribas Bank. The bank has agreed to lend more than EUR 19.7 mln in accordance with the transaction terms. The facility will be used to finance and partially refinance the MLP Czeladź project with a target leasable area of approx. 68,000 sqm.
