Poland District court building for Łódź

A consortium of Balzola Polska, Lantania and EBS Bud has signed a contract for the construction of a building for the District Court for Łódź - Bałuty and Polesie and the District Court for Łódź Śródmieście. The value of the contract is approx. PLN 267,6 mln gross.
The plot is located at Plac Generała Józefa Hallera in Łódź. The ordering party is the Court of Appeal in Łódź. The task was obtained by open tender. The complex is divided into three separate parts with a total area of 25,500 sqm. The project was developed by Industria Project. The complex will have eight floors above ground and one underground. Building A will house the administration area, Building B will house the archive and Building C will serve as a solid waste storage facility.

At the end of Q2 2025, total modern industrial and logistics stock (including office space in these facilities) reached 36 mln sqm,  according to the latest figures from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) with the largest markets being the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (7.19 mln sqm), the Silesia (6.15 mln sqm), and the Dolnośląskie region (5.30 mln sqm).

Czech Republic Prague office prices differentiated by location

While rents for premium offices in the city centre can reach EUR 30 or more per square meter per month, rents on the outskirts of the city remain well below EUR 15. The office real estate market in Prague thus continues to show a trend of differentiation based on location and building quality, with proximity to the metro remaining a key factor influencing both prices and demand, according to Colliers in its latest report.

The retail sector in Poland is showing solid growth, according to the latest 'Review: Retail Market in Poland' report published by BNP Paribas RE. More than 94,000 sqm of modern retail space was added to the market over the second quarter of 2025 with over 60 pct delivered in the form of retail parks. The strongest rebound in retail park development activity is being seen in smaller cities, where relatively low market saturation levels continue to support the expansion of this retail format.
