Logistics service provider HOPI has leased 22,790 sqm in the new DC9 building at P3 Mszczonów. The building, which is to be BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified, has already received its occupancy permit and has been handed over to the tenant.

Mostostal Warszawa has completed the second stage of the reconstruction of the north wing of the Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle (Zamek Książąt Pomorskich) in Szczecin. The project also involved the comprehensive redevelopment of the castle’s north terrace and northern escarpment.

CTP has signed a long-term lease agreement with PEI-Genesis Group – a global leader in the design and assembly of custom-engineered connectors and cable solutions for harsh environments. PEI-Genesis will occupy nearly 5,000 sqm of distribution space in a newly built warehouse at CTPark Louny II to support the European deliveries of cables, connectors, and interconnect solutions to customers in the datacentre and telecommunications, defence, energy, and healthcare industries.

The road bridge on ul. Dworcowa over a railway line and the river Ruda has been opened, representing one of the most important stages in the modernisation of railway line No. 148 on the Pszczyna – Żory section carried out by Budimex. The project was commissioned by PKP PLK.

The number of beds in Poland's purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector grew by 24 pct year on year in the first half of 2026, reaching 17,900 beds. According to the latest report from property consultancy Knight Frank, despite this rapid growth, occupancy remains above 97 pct with supply still struggling to keep pace with rising student demand.

According to the latest report from property consultancy Newmark Polska, Poland's major regional office markets saw a marked increase in occupier demand in the second quarter of 2026, while development activity remained subdued. Total modern office stock across the country's eight largest regional cities, excluding Warsaw, reached 6.76 mln sqm.

More than half of Europe's warehouse and logistics tenants are planning to expand the amount of space they lease over the next three years. According to the latest 'European Logistics Occupier Survey 2026' published by CBRE and Analytiqa, 50.5 pct of occupiers expect to increase their warehouse footprint, up 4.3 pp compared with last year.

VGP has handed over the last available space in hall B at the VGP Park České Budějovice complex to Direct Auto, which has secured a custom-designed space of 4,200 sqm. Building B is now fully occupied.

WING has completed the acquisition of the Olympia project from Atenor. The 7.4 ha site comprises a fully operational office building, a shell-and-core building, and additional development plots in a well-connected location. Reflecting changing market demand, Wing is preparing to reposition the project as a mixed-use development, combining the existing office building with more than 500 new homes, alongside retail and service amenities.

Intermarché has returned to the town of Radlin in southern Poland with the opening of a new-format supermarket. The store comprises 1,000 sqm of retail space.

Investment group NASA Capital has completed its first real estate acquisition in Poland, purchasing the Jerozolimskie Business Park office complex in Warsaw for approximately EUR 30 mln. The acquisition was made through a FIZAN investment fund managed by IPOPEMA TFI.

CTP has announced plans for a new industrial and logistics development, CTPark Bydgoszcz, which will provide more than 51,000 sqm of space within the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSSE). Construction is scheduled to begin in the coming months.

Third-party logistics provider CEVA Logistics has extended its partnership with online fashion platform Zalando to support its European operations. The new agreements, which will run until at least 2030, cover fulfilment centres, returns processing facilities and inbound logistics operations across Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.

IT companies remained the biggest force behind Poland’s regional office market in the second quarter of 2026, accounting for a quarter of all office space leased, according to the latest figures from CBRE.

Commercial real estate investment across the CEE-6 markets reached EUR 5.8 bln in the first half of 2026, marking a significant improvement on recent years and confirming that investor confidence is returning to the region. However, this is not a broad-based recovery. Capital is flowing selectively towards assets offering resilient income, strong ESG performance and long-term relevance in a changing economic environment.

Mercator Estates, part of the Mercator Medical Group, has secured the final building permit for a residential redevelopment project in the centre of Kraków. The project will see two historic tenement buildings at the junction of ul. Lubicz and ul. Westerplatte restored and converted into a high-end residential development.

Bricomarché has expanded with the opening of two new DIY stores, in Częstochowa and Bielsk Podlaski, bringing its total number of outlets in the country to 228.

CeMat has appointed FineTech Construction as the general contractor for Moje Bielany 3, the latest stage of its mixed-use development in Warsaw's Bielany district. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Agrobex Budowa has been appointed as the general contractor for the restoration of the Dewin–Biberstein–Promnitz Castle in Żary. The 13th-century landmark in western Poland's Lubusz region will be transformed into a new Centre for Culture and Tradition.
Budimex has completed the reconstruction and expansion of the swimming pool and sports and entertainment hall of the Szczecin Sports Centre. The construction was completed on schedule, and the centre has already completed all the required technical inspections. The total investment came to PLN 109.45 mln gross.
Polish Railway Lines (PKP) has signed a contract with general contractor Torpol for the modernisation of Warszawa Wschodnia station (Warsaw East), worth over PLN 3.6 bln. Work will begin in December this year and will cover not only the station but also its immediate surroundings.
Polish State Railways (PKP) is to modernise the station in Gronów Elbląski. The design is ready, and the company has now announced a tender to select a general contractor with bids to be submitted by June 18th.
The city of Warsaw has allocated PLN 5 million for the construction of al. Centralna, a green passageway between the Warsaw Śródmieście railway station and the Palace of Culture and Science. The promenade is to be repaved and will feature large green areas.
The reconstruction of the historic Oleśnica railway station, dating back to 1868, is nearing completion. A dedicated passenger area has been created, and the ticket office has been relocated.
The University of Warsaw has signed a contract with the general contractor for a project at ul. Bednarska 2/4. The new building will house the faculties of Journalism, Information and Bibliology and Economic Sciences, as well as the Academic Campus Radio. Construction work will begin at the end of November.
