Germany Tichelhaus already fully let
Quest Investment Partners has rented the entire office space of the currently developed Tichelhaus property in Hamburg. The telecommunications company o2 Telefónica will move to the new 7,000 sqm location at the end of 2024.

Romania New space for Golden Provider Distribution
VGP has concluded a partnership with Golden Provider Distribution, a distributor for the HoReCa sector, for an area of 4,200 sqm within VGP Park Bucharest Nord. The tennant has increased its storage capacity by relocating the warehouse in VGP Park Bucharest Nord, to a new, larger unit, with areas dedicated to the storage of ambient, refrigerated and frozen products.

France Crowds in Cannes this spring
A growing list of European and international exhibitors have confirmed their participation at MIPIM, the world’s largest international real estate event. The 2023 edition expects to attract 23,000 delegates from over 90 countries, which is 15 pct more compared to last year.

Panattoni has signed an agreement with Shein. The e-commerce clothing giant has leased the area of almost 55,000 sqm and will start operations in Panattoni Park Wrocław South Hub as early as this quarter.

International company A&T Group has decided to open its first distribution centre in Poland. The customs warehouse with the controlled temperature will be located in the logistics park Gdańsk-Kowale Distribution Centre. The tenant will take up nearly 4,000 sqm to develop a division related to the supply of medicines, medical devices, and dietary supplements to the CEE region.

One United Properties, the investor and developer of residential, mixed-use, and office real estate in Romania, has obtained the building permit for One Lake District, a large-scale sustainable residential development with 2,076 apartments, located on the shores of Lake Plumbuita.

Panattoni has moved its regional branch to new offices on the 27th floor of the .KTW II office building in Katowice. The company took up 900 sqm of space created by the Panattoni Office Project Manager with the help from the Massive Design architectural studio.

Czech Republic Bosal moves to Ústí nad Labem
Dutch company Bosal has leased around 10,000 sqm of warehouse and production space at VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City in north-western Czech Republic. The technology park will emerge from a brownfield site near the city centre on the location of the former Avirunion glassworks.

.Ktw II office building, developed by TDJ Estate, has been certified BREEAM at the Excellent level. The document is the final assessment of the investment's environmental impact. The building achieved a score of 80.6 pct.
