POLAND TEL RED sells Kalisz sheds
TEL Real Estate Developer has sold 20,000 sqm of logistics and industrial facilities in Kalisz for an undisclosed sum. The logistics real estate has been acquired by MNK Partners and the industrial property by Konveyor.

Poland Shed for students near the Wawel
Shed Living Kraków, a private student residence, is set to open in October this year in Kraków. The chain's first project in Poland has yet to be officially announced, but, as Eurobuild has learned, the dormitory will offer 566 fully equipped rooms for 722 students, as well as a range of amenities and services. The chain is planning further openings.

Office stationery supplier Megima has leased 1,500 sqm of warehouse space and around 150 sqm of social and office space in Fortress Logistic Park Bydgoszcz.

Polska Warehouse for GTV topped out
Structural work on a warehouse facility for GTV has been completed at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The topping out ceremony was attended by representatives of MLP Group, the tenant, Pekabex as the general contractor, and subcontractors. The 32,000 sqm facility is scheduled for completion and occupancy in April this year.

According to Axi Immo’s summary of the office market activity, 2022 was a good, strong year on Polish market. After a downturn, it was time for a long-awaited boom in demand. Companies have adapted to new working conditions and encourage employees to return to their offices. On the other hand, we will see lower development activity in both Warsaw and regional office markets in the coming quarters, which should last until 2024.
