The real estate and construction sector attracted app. EUR 1.2 bln of foreign direct investments in 2022, as the share of this economic activity in the overall FDI stock stood at 17.2 pct at the end of 2022, according to the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Sonar Real Estate has successfully agreed the extension of an existing lease, on around 4,500 square metres of office space in Berlin, to 4flow. Sonar is the asset manager of the property, which is part of the portfolio of an Austrian family office.

The National Centre for Football Training, Research and and Coaching will be built in Otwock, near Warsaw. The Polish Football Association is responsible for the construction of the facility. The cost of the investment is more than PLN 400 mln.
