Belgian developer GH Development has acquired the more than 1 ha plot of the Multikino cinema and entertainment complex in Warsaw’s Ursynów district for an undisclosed sum. It is now planning to develop a 300-apartment residential project on the site.

Hungarian asset manager Appeninn Holding has acquired the four-building Wiśniowy Business Park in Warsaw from Cromwell Property Partners for an undisclosed sum.

POLAND BNI takes another floor in WTT
North Carolina-based business networking corporation BNI has renewed its lease in the Warsaw Trade Tower and taken up another floor of the building, bringing its occupancy up to 3300 sqm on the entire 38th and 29th floors of the office tower.

Europe Newport Logistics Fund to invest EUR 50 mln
Newport Logistics Fund, which invests in warehouse properties in Europe, has raised EUR 50 mln for its first fund. Currently, work is underway to launch a second fund worth EUR 100 mln.

Cavatina Holding has obtained an occupancy permit for Ocean Office Park B - the largest building within the multifunctional complex under construction in Kraków's Zabłocie district. The project, located on ul. Klimeckiego, offers over 26,500 sqm of space. The first tenants are already moving into the building.

A 3,000 sqm Carrefour supermarket is to open in thee Plac Unii office and retail complex in Warsaw, where it will replace Supersam, which operated in the complex until the end of 2022.

7R has started construction of a new facility in Pomerania. 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I will ultimately offer three halls with a total area of approx. 40,500 sqm. The general contractor for the investment is Pekabex.

Poland Outstanding Accolade in Szczecin
Accolade has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the highest level - Outstanding for park Szczecin III on ul. Kniewska. This is the first such highly certified warehouse space in Poland. The company is also opening a regional office in Szczecin.

More than 23,000 people are expected to attend Cannes for MIPIM 2023, with delegates from more than 90 nations and 2,400 exhibiting businesses. 76 of the world's top 100 investment management companies have confirmed their attendance. 'Eurobuild CEE' has been an official media patron of this event for several years.

The first phase of the UCenter project has achieved a WELL Core certification at Platinum level with a score of 91, the highest in Romania for this type of rating. The extensive certification process was carried out over a period of four years and was coordinated by the ESG Strategic Advisory department of Colliers Romania.

Poland CPD sells Solar and Koszykowa 69 stake
CPD has completed the sale of two properties in Warsaw for a combined PLN 31 mln – the Solar office building in the city’s Służewiec business district and a tenement building with offices on ul. Koszykowa in the city centre.
