Danish pre-insulated pipe manufacturer Logstor has leased an additional 2,000 sqm of warehouse space at Diamond Business Park Gliwice, which is owned by White Star Real Estate.

Poland MLP has plans and has outcome
The value of MLP group’s investment properties rose 31 pct, to more than PLN 4.4 bln (EUR 945 mln). Consolidated revenue improved 39 pct y-o-y, to PLN 279.1 mln (EUR 59.5 mln), driven by an increase in leased area combined with higher rental rates. Last year, MLP group earned PLN 422.4 mln (EUR 90.1 mln) in net profit.

Poland Smile in Łódź
Lux Med Group has become a new tenant in the Brama Miasta office complex in Łódź, with plans to open a dental centre here. The opening of the centre is scheduled for the end of May this year. Brama Miasta, a project by Skanska, offers a total of 40,800 sqm of office and service space.

Poland New PRS project in Mokotów district
Apricot Capital Group (ACG) has announced the signing of a general contractor agreement with Budimex for the construction of a new PRS development at ul. Taśmowa 5, in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The total investment exceeds PLN 270 mln and ACG’s investor has provided the full sum in equity.

Poland Kajima and Griffin invest in green energy
Kajima Europe together with Griffin Capital Partners acquired a 70 pct stake in Hymon, a photovoltaic installation company. This is the second joint initiative by these partners in Poland's renewable energy market, having taken a majority stake in Pad RES, a developer in Poland's clean energy asset space, in 2021.
