Two more retail parks, Pasaż Kępiński and Pasaż Grodziski, have passed into the hands of investment fund Falcon Investment Management. Earlier, the fund acquired Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński in 2022. The total value of the transaction amounts to more than PLN 150 mln.

Pasaż Kępiński and Pasaż Grodziski were put into operation by Refield at the end of 2023. Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński, which opened in March 2022, was the first of the three to be sold to the Falcon fund and was renamed OTO Park Golub-Dobrzyń shortly after the purchase.

After Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński, we are handing over to the Falcon fund two more retail parks we have built, but also fully commercialised. The tenants include the most popular retail brands, which are a guarantee of business success.
Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, CEO of Refield

The transaction is part of Falcon Investment Management's long-term development strategy to create a coherent and modern network of retail parks under the OTO Park brand.

We are not only building but also buying retail facilities that fit into our ambitious growth plans. Today, we have almost 62,000 of modern retail space in our portfolio, but by the end of this year this value will increase significantly.
Piotr Piechocki, founder and CEO, Falcon Investment Management

Pasaż Kępiński is located in Baranów near Kępno. With an area of 12,000 sqm, it offers customers 21 units in three buildings and a car park for app. 400 cars. The park is located in the vicinity of the city's most important traffic junction, at the intersection of national road 11 and the Baranowo bypass.

Pasaż Grodziski in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, consists of two buildings with a total area of 6,500 sqm. It offers 10 retail units and a car park for app. 170 cars.

OTO Park Golub-Dobrzyń (previously operating under the name Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński) offers 3,500 sqm of space and seven retail units. The facility is located on ul. Sokołowska, in the vicinity of the city's only Biedronka chain grocery shop.

All three parks purchased by Falcon Investment Management have been fully commercialised by Refield.

Refield announces further expansion in the commercial property market.

In May we started the construction of a park in Zwoleń with an area of almost 5,000 sqm, the facility is already fully commercialised. The construction of the second phase of our park in Lidzbark Warmiński, which is nearing completion of commercialisation, has begun. Its area is nearly 4,000 sqm. We are starting a large investment in Ciechanów with an area of 12,000 sqm, the opening of which is planned for Q3 2025. The largest planned investment is the Bieszczady Gate passage in Sanok with an area of about 23,000 sqm. Its opening is planned for H1 2026. We are beginning the commercialisation of the 7,000 sqm Pasaż Leżajsk, which we have planned to open at the end of next year. In Bartoszyce, we have planned a facility of app. 13,000 sqm. In total, we will build a commercial space of 60,000 sqm in two years.
