Trei Real Estate has just opened another two retail parks of its Vendo Park brand in Poland. The properties are located in Zambrów and in Kraków. The two retail parks have a combined lettable area of around 11,000 sqm, and the investment volume adds up to circa EUR 16.4 mln.

As part of its UK urban regeneration project, Cordia has completed the renovation of the listed building that houses its local HQ. The developer has restored the former Lloyds TSB Bank landmark asset, offering seven commercial spaces for mixed uses, including office and retail.

The average office fit-out costs in Romania increased by around 20-30 pct in 2022, due to rising prices, supply chain disruptions, and higher materials’ costs, but also as a result of the increased labor costs. Therefore, companies incurred average expenses of EUR 820 per sqm of office space, according to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.

Ideal Idea has completed phase two of the expansion of its warehouse and office park at the boundary between Warsaw and Raszyn. The new facilities at City Park Warsaw II, created in the SBU model, are built in compliance with BREEAM standards, meeting strict requirements for environmental protection, and optimization of operating costs.

Up Fitness Club with a Mission enters Wrocław as yet another tenant at the Infinity – an office building being built by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties at Plac Jana Pawła II. This modern club will occupy almost 1,350 sqm of space on the building’s first floor. The place is scheduled to open in Q4 2023.

In 2022, the Polish industrial and warehouse market maintained its solid growth momentum despite headwinds such as project financing constraints and rising occupancy costs.
