Chinese investment bank Haitong Group has prolonged its lease of 1,200 sqm in the Lumen office building in central Warsaw. The workspaces department of the owner and manager of the building, Globalworth, is to remodel the bank’s offices.

Polish parcel delivery company InPost has leased an additional 36,000 sqm in P3 Piotrków in Piotrków Trybunalski n central Poland, which, along with a renewal contract, brings the total warehouse and office area it leases in the complex up to more than 43,000 sqm.

Vastint Poland has presented its revitalisation concept for the post-industrial site of the Stara Rzeznia (the Old Slaughterhouse) in Poznań. The historic buildings of the former meat plant are to be carefully restored and will offer service, retail and gastronomic premises, as well as cultural and exhibition space.

HB Reavis has completed the construction of the tallest skyscraper in the EU – Varso Tower. The building, which has been designed by the Foster + Partners studio, comprises 70,000 sqm of leasable space. The first tenants are to move in this month.
