POLAND Hillwood starts huge Łódź warehouse project
Hillwood Polska has started the construction of a new logistics centre in Łódź’s Górna district. The complex, which is scheduled to come into use in Q3 2023, will comprise more than 97,000 sqm of warehouse space.

POLAND LLP centre opens in Panattoni Tricity South II
Clothing retail group LPP has opened a 64,000 sqm fulfilment centre in Panattoni Park Tricity South II in Pruszcz Gdański, which will eventually provide up to 2,000 new jobs in Poland’s Pomeranian region.

POLAND Mindspace opens in Skyliner
Israeli flex office operator Mindspace has leased 4,400 sqm of the 42-storey Skyliner office building in Warsaw’s Wola-Centrum business district. This will be its second location in Poland, where it will provide over 600 workstations, and is scheduled to open in spring 2023.

POLAND Pharma in the Forest
Pharmaceutical company Servier Polska Services is to take up 2,300 sqm in the Forest office campus in Warsaw, which was recently completed by HB Reavis. The complex is now 80 pct occupied.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has upheld the judgement of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) to dismiss the lawsuit filed in April 2019 by ‘Kingstown Plaintiffs’ against CPIPG, its majority owner Radovan Vítek and other involved parties.
