POLAND Amway affiliate accesses MLP Pruszków II
Access Business Group International Polska, which is affiliated with US direct selling company Amway, is to relocate to a new facility of almost 3,700 sqm at MLP Pruszków II in mid-May 2023.

POLAND Pirelli not yet tyred of Royal Wilanów
Pirelli Polska and Prometeon Tyre Group Polska have extended their lease agreement for office space in the Royal Wilanów building in Warsaw’s southern Wilanów district. The Polish headquarters of both international tyre brands occupy a total of almost 660 sqm.

Wrocław-based Divante, which since late last year has been part of German e-commerce group Cloudflight, has leased 1,900 sqm of office space on the sixth floor of the Infinity building, which is under construction in Wrocław.

Polish automotive parts producer Zakłady Metalowe Postęp, which supplies products to over 20 markets, has leased over 2,000 sqm of warehouse space in the Diamond Business Park Gliwice industrial and logistics park in Silesia.

Ghelamco has unveiled its latest project in Warsaw’s Rondo Daszyńskiego business district – the Vibe office complex, which will feature an “audiosphere”, intended to provide users and guests with a unique audio-visual experience.

With the pillar installation ceremony, HelloParks has officially started the construction of the first, 58,000 sqm warehouse (PT1) of its Páty “megapark” on the western outskirts of Budapest. The big box facility is expected to be completed in summer 2023.
