Mitiska REIM, the investor in European convenience real estate, has announced that fundraising for its third flagship fund, Mitiska European Real Estate Partners 3, has now reached EUR 168 mln. Colliers is taking over the management of Royal Trakt Offices in Warsaw. The company will also be responsible for the commercialisation of the office building. The owner of the historic edifice, which offers office and retail space, is the Czech fund Investika.
