The renovation of Liget Center in the centre of Budapest, a Wing development, is about to reach a new milestone: a new building with an all-glass facade will join the two existing office buildings – Liget Center Classic and Liget Center Auditorium – in the inner courtyard. Liget Center Vitrum will offer future tenants an additional 2,200 sqm of leasable space.

MLP Group is starting construction of new facilities in three logistics parks, the total area of which will be around 75,000 sqm. The developments, which are being built on a speculative basis, will be ready for use as early as the end of this year and the beginning of next year.
