Spanish elevator parts manufacturer Savera Components is to relocate its Czech production operations to larger premises in CTPark Ostrava Poruba, where it will occupy 11,430 sqm.

CZECH REPUBLIC Modular R&D centre by Chybik+Kristof
A modular construction research centre has been completed for Koma Modular in Vizovice, in the Czech Republic’s eastern Zlín region. The design of the facility is the work of Prague-based architectural studio Chybik+Kristof.

HUNGARY HelloParks Páty on its way
With the pillar installation ceremony, HelloParks has officially started the construction of the first, 58,000 sqm warehouse (PT1) of its Páty “megapark” on the western outskirts of Budapest. The big box facility is expected to be completed in summer 2023.
