Groupama Gan REIM, on behalf of French investor SCPI Affinités Pierre, has acquired the Green Court Office complex in Budapest from Belgian developer Codic Hungary and its partners Picton Group and Pesti Házak for EUR 77.1 mln.

Romania Diehl Controls opens third European plant
CTP has secured German company Diehl Controls, a hi-tech manufacturer, as the first tenant of its new 50,000 sqm business park in Brașov in central Romania. Diehl’s plant will create 200 jobs initially, rising to over 600 by the end of 2027.
