Real Management has concluded the sale of a 13.7 ha development site on ul. Wesoła in Pionki near Radom to Family Partners for an undisclosed sum.
The sale of the development plot in Pionki is another step in the implementation of our strategy to strengthen the focus of Real Management on the industrial and residential property sector. The property in Pionki, which is best suited to buildings for retail or services, is not a great fit with this development angle.
