Land acquisitions
Tree Development Group, through a special purpose vehicle, has acquired investment land in the centre of Łódź. A residential project will be built on the plot.
The subject of the transaction is a plot of land located in Łódź at ul. Pomorska. The parcel will be used for a residential development with access to parks and recreational areas. The transaction was advised by Walter Herz. The purchased plot is located in the downtown area of Łódź, which has been undergoing a gradual process of expansion with modern residential and commercial investments for many years.
