Wrocław-based Satoia has acquired a 10 ha plot in Wolbórz from CPD for an undisclosed sum. The land has the potential for the development of an app. 43,000 sqm warehouse project.
The site is located adjacent to an Auchan transshipment centre and close to the S8 expressway, about 16 km northeast of Piotrków Trybunalski in central Poland.
Avison Young advised the buyer, while PwC provided legal advice. The plot has been acquired along with complete documentation prepared by Kwadrat, which will manage the development process.
