POLAND Satoia buys 10 ha for 43k of warehousing

Land acquisitions
Wrocław-based Satoia has acquired a 10 ha plot in Wolbórz from CPD for an undisclosed sum. The land has the potential for the development of an app. 43,000 sqm warehouse project.
The site is located adjacent to an Auchan transshipment centre and close to the S8 expressway, about 16 km northeast of Piotrków Trybunalski in central Poland. Avison Young advised the buyer, while PwC provided legal advice. The plot has been acquired along with complete documentation prepared by Kwadrat, which will manage the development process. Global fintech group Capital.com has extended its lease agreement until 2032 for 3,000 sqm of office space on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Skyliner office building in Warsaw. Over the past 12 months, lease extension agreements for a total of nearly 12,000 sqm have been signed for space in the building developed by Karimpol.
