DLE Poland, a fund managed by German land development specialist DLE made its first Polish acquisition – a site for the possible development of 4,500 apartments in Warsaw’s Żerań district.
Berlin-based DLE Group launched DLE Poland in 2021, to purchase large plots without building permits, dividing them into smaller subplots, and preparing them for construction by project developers.
