DLE Poland, a fund managed by German land development specialist DLE made its first Polish acquisition – a site for the possible development of 4,500 apartments in Warsaw’s Żerań district.
Berlin-based DLE Group launched DLE Poland in 2021, to purchase large plots without building permits, dividing them into smaller subplots, and preparing them for construction by project developers. I am very pleased that we have achieved best-practice for our strategy in Poland with our first deal. The property’s shape and size allow for the construction of up to 4,500 flats. Warsaw's office market headed into the second half of 2026 with falling vacancy rates and strong leasing activity. By the end of the first half of the year, the vacancy rate had dropped to 8.5 pct., according to the latest CBRE data.

The Enea Group has extended its lease agreement and expanded the workspace occupied in the Business Garden Poznań development by Vastint. Departments from the group's various companies, previously working in multiple places, will be consolidated in one location. Poland Strabag to build for Wrocław Airport

Wrocław Airport is to construct a terminal to serve passengers travelling outside the Schengen Area. The project. which is being developed in an investment of PLN 15.4 mln, will increase the airport's capacity, improve passenger traffic management, and maintain a high level of comfort until the expansion of the main terminal is completed. Strabag is the contractor for the project, and the work is to be completed by April 30, 2027.

POLAND Senate votes to standardise house price reporting

The Polish Senate has passed an amendment to the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Purchasers of Residential Units and Single-Family Homes and to the Developer Guarantee Fund. The new regulations do not change the obligation to publish the prices of homes on investment websites, but introduce a uniform method for submitting this data to the state portal dane.gov.pl.
