Czech medical hygiene and dressing producer Batist Medical has leased 1,000 sqm in the Missouri Park office building, which is currently being developed by CA Immo in Karlín (Prague 8).
With this latest lease, around 40 pct of the office space in Missouri Park and CA Immo’s neighbouring development, Mississippi House, has been leased six months before the scheduled completion of the two buildings.
Missouri Park is an ideal place for us as it fits into our company philosophy focused on innovation, sustainability and concern for the environment. That’s why we decided to set up the new European headquarters of Batist Medical Holding here. Our goal is to support our employee
