Laufen Austria site in Wilhelmsburg has been sold to a private investor. The zone combines two sites with a total area of approx. 75,000 sqm and a building stock of around 58,500 sqm.
Modesta Real Estate, International Associate of Savills has been exclusively mandated with the sale. Eight bidders took part in the multi-stage tender which has been running over the past nine months. Zöchling Immobilien, the company specialised in real estate development, was selected as the final bidder for the transaction.
