Slovakian developer Penta Real Estate has announced that it has acquired 8.5 ha along the south bank of the Danube in Bratislava from HB Reavis.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction. The area is situated between Starý most (the Old Bridge) and Prístavný most (Port Bridge). Penta has revealed that it is planning to develop housing and offices with public amenities on the acquired land.
