CTP has signed a ten-year lease agreement with InterPadel, which will open a new sports centre at CTPark Warsaw Janki. The development will comprise a standalone building of nearly 3,000 sqm, including nine padel courts.

Portico Marina Invest has appointed Alfa-Bet Polska as the general contractor for its Portico Marina residential development on the shores of Zegrze Lake. Construction is due to begin in August 2026, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2028.

The Industrial Research Forum presents an overview of Slovakia's warehouse and industrial real estate market in Q2 2026. Total supply of modern industrial space reached 4.89 mln sqm. The gross take-up totalled 93,400 sqm, representing a 9 pct y-o-y decrease. The net take-up (excluding lease renegotiations) amounted to 66,600 sqm. The Vacancy rate increased slightly q-o-q to 7.80 pct. A total of 25,800 sqm of new space was delivered to the market in Q2 2026, while 265,800 sqm of space was under construction, with 37 pct already pre-leased. Prime rents stayed flat at EUR 5.30 per sqm per month.

Warsaw’s office stock expanded by 45,210 sqm in H1 2026, driven by the completion of Studio A, Vena and the refurbishment of Przemysłowa 26-26a. While new office developments were completed in Q1, Q2 saw only the final phase of the refurbishment of Przemysłowa 26, according to the latest figures from Avison Young.

Saltic, a Polish hotel developer and operator, has appointed Mirbud to construct its Saltic Zieleniec development in Duszniki-Zdrój with work to begin in early August 2026 and completion scheduled for July 2028.

Victoria's Secret has announced the opening of a new store in Gdańsk. The lingerie and beauty retailer will welcome its first customers on 21st August 2026 at Forum Gdańsk shopping centre.

YIT has signed an agreement with UAB Lithuania Defence Services to construct a Leopard 2A8 tank production and maintenance plant in the Kaunas Free Economic Zone. The total value of the design and build contract is around EUR 30 mln, and it will be recorded in the third-quarter order book.

Deka Immobilien has sold the Mokotowska Square office building in central Warsaw to a major tenant of the building, WB Electronics, for around EUR 39 mln.

A total of ten retail real estate transactions worth nearly EUR 713 mln were completed in Poland in the second quarter of 2026. According to Cushman & Wakefield, this was more than five times the EUR 140 mln recorded in the same period last year.
