Czech Republic Logicor turns on to Turnov

Logicor has acquired an app. 10 ha brownfield site near Turnov, in the municipality of Příšovice, about 90 km northeast of Prague.

The acquisition almost doubles Logicor's footprint in the Czech Republic, where the developer has been active since 2017 and currently manages app. 110,000 sqm.

The brownfield site has direct access to the D10 motorway, which links Prague with Germany and Poland. Its redevelopment will include a range of sustainability measures, such as cycle paths and road improvements.

The new facility is due for completion in Q1 2024.

Garbe Industrial has leased a total area of around 4,800 sqm in Norderstedt, just outside Hamburg, to IT service provider Cancom, which is to use the space for the storage and servicing of IT equipment. Cancom is to start operations from Norderstedt in the third quarter of 2026.

Furniture manufacturer Nowy Styl has renewed its lease in the Oxygen Park office complex in Warsaw. As part of the transaction, the company’s showroom underwent a complete refurbishment in February this year. The tenant occupies around 550 sqm in the centre.
