A parcel of plots amounting to more than 50 ha in Wiskitki close to Żyrardów (about 50 km west of central Warsaw) has been acquired by an undisclosed commercial real estate developer, according to JLL, which handled the transaction.
The purchased land, which had 63 owners, consists of 66 registered plots. Negotiation processes related to the purchase of the properties had been underway since autumn 2018, under the supervision of JLL.
We tried to think ahead when looking for land suitable to build a warehouse park. In 2018, we already appreciated the potential of Starowiskitki, which is located 50 km west of Warsaw, near the local junction of the A2 motorway. Over time, the potential of plots located west of Grodzisk Mazo
