POLAND Warsaw office vacancy hits 12 pct
At the end of Q2 2021, the total modern office stock in Warsaw amounted to almost 6.1 mln sqm, according to the latest figures from PINK (the Polish Chamber of Commercial Properties). The vacancy rate was up by 1.1 pp q-o-q and by 4.6 pp y-o-y to 12.5 pct.
