LATVIA Eften buys four Riga buildings in largest deal to date
Eften has agreed to acquire the office section of the Jaunā Teika multi-functional district in Riga for its Eften Real Estate Fund 4 from its developer Hanner for EUR 131 mln – its largest acquisition to date.

POLAND Penta sells Wola plot to Lincoln and Enern
Penta Real Estate has sold a development site in Warsaw’s Wola-Centrum district to Lincoln Property Company and Enern for around EUR 25 mln. The Form office building, which will contain app. 30,000 sqm of office space, is to be built on the purchased plot.

POLAND DL City Zgorzelec in Czech hands
DL Invest Group has finalised the sale of the DL City shopping centre in Zgorzelec in Lower Silesia to an undisclosed fund based in Prague. Although the value of the transaction has not been disclosed, Eurobuild has discovered that the return on equity of the transaction is 253 pct and the return on the investment comes to as much as 63 pct.
