Romanian developer Globalworth has been granted an EUR 85 mln loan from the International Finance Corporation, which is a member of the World Bank Group.
The loan, which is to run for a period of six years, has been issued by the IFC to Globalworth Holdings Cyprus Limited, with Globalworth acting as the parent company guarantor. According to its terms, the loan or an equivalent amount will be allocated to eligible commercial property projects in Romania that contribute to climate change mitigation, in line with the company’s green loan framework.
