Waiting for the rebound
By the end of the year, the Polish economy is expected to have contracted by 3-3.5 pct compared to 2019. Nevertheless, Poland’s GDP is expected to start growing again in 2021 and expand by around 4 pct in 2021, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

Panattoni is to develop City Logistics Poznań I – a last-mile urban warehousing park in north-eastern Poznań. The developer has also revealed the identity of the first tenant: Polish muesli, porridge and similar health food producer OneDayMore.

Poland Nokia signs largest regional lease renewal
Telecommunications company Nokia has renewed its lease with Globalworth in the West Gate and West Link buildings in Wrocław. With a total area under lease of almost 30,000 sqm, this is the largest regional office contract signed this year.

For the first three quarters of 2020, the company made a consolidated net profit of PLN 149.3 mln, up 53 pct y-o-y. In the third quarter alone, net profit came to PLN 28.2 mln, which compares to PLN 40.6m in the third quarter of 2019.
