POLAND Warehouse developer Panattoni has certified three buildings under BREEAM with a rating of ‘Very Good’. The buildings are City Logistics Łódź I (over 30,000 sqm), Panattoni Park Opole (almost 29,000 sqm) and Panattoni Park Pruszków III hall A (lmost 31,000 sqm).

POLAND Echo Investment has topped off the React office building at the intersection of al. Pisłudskiego and ul. Kilińskiego in Łódź. The seven-story office block with 15,000 sqm gla, which is being built in the first stage of a 50,000 sqm complex, reached its target height of 25m with the construction work on schedule.
