Poland EUR 125 mln loan for Umicore
POLAND The European Investment Bank (EIB) has signed a EUR 125 mln loan with Belgian-based Umicore to finance part of a greenfield production plant for cathode materials currently under construction near the Czech border in the town of Nysa.

Poland Aurec to build 800 apartments in Ursus
POLAND Aurec Home has completed the purchase of a 2.5 ha site on ul. Dyrekcyjna in Warsaw’s Ursus district, where the company is planning to build an estate with around 800 apartments, as well as commercial, food and service space.

Panattoni certifies three buildings
POLAND Warehouse developer Panattoni has certified three buildings under BREEAM with a rating of ‘Very Good’. The buildings are City Logistics Łódź I (over 30,000 sqm), Panattoni Park Opole (almost 29,000 sqm) and Panattoni Park Pruszków III hall A (lmost 31,000 sqm).

POLAND Echo Investment has topped off the React office building at the intersection of al. Pisłudskiego and ul. Kilińskiego in Łódź. The seven-story office block with 15,000 sqm gla, which is being built in the first stage of a 50,000 sqm complex, reached its target height of 25m with the construction work on schedule.
