LATVIA/BALTIC STATES Eften Real Estate Fund III has signed conditional purchase agreements to acquire two commercial properties in Latvia. The fund will buy AirBaltic’s headquarters in the grounds of Riga airport, as well as a logistics centre in Ķekava, on the outskirts of city.
