Despite the fact that the Polish construction market is expected to grow at a slower pace in the coming years, investment should remain high for most of the regions with the total value of the 960 largest investment projects underway or planned in Poland estimated at PLN 420 bln (EUR 100 bln), according to the findings of the latest report from research company Spectis,

BULGARIA Hystead, a majority owned subsidiary of Hyprop has opened the 12,000 sqm extension to The Mall of Sofia. The addition of 40 more stores has brought the total to 222, and now the mall is the second largest in the country with a total gla of 62,000 sqm.
