POLAND The retail market has become saturated with large-format malls. For the Eurobuild Awards, this means less competition in the best New Shopping Centre category. Therefore, after analysing the situation, we have decided that it was time to take a look instead at small retail formats after identifying the potential of projects in this category.

POLAND Industrial elements and an abundance of greenery are the stand-out features of the new offices of construction firm Unibep and its residential developer Unidevelopment. Tétris, which fitted out the new headquarters of the group, has created comfortable areas to encourage relaxation.
Immofinanz expands to 90 Stop Shops
EUROPE Immofinanz will soon have a chain of 90 Stop Shop retail parks when it finalises the purchase of a centre in Poland after having already recently acquired five such centres in Slovenia.

EUROPE The A&O hostel chain has three ways for guests to check in. Guests can talk to the receptionist, they can check in via a mobile app, or they use the specially designed terminals in the lobbies.

Piotr and Paweł reaches agreement with banks
