Henderson Park buys into EPP portfolio
POLAND Henderson Park has acquired a 70 stake in a portfolio of eleven newly built office buildings with 105,000 sqm gla across Poland from EPP, which is to keep a 30 pct stake in the properties and continue to manage them.
