Peek & Cloppenburg enters Timişoara
ROMANIA Peek & Cloppenburg is to open a store in the Iulius Town (formerly known as Openville) development in Timişoara.
Intermarché and Bricomarché on a roll
POLAND Total turnover of the Intermarché and Bricomarché chains in Poland came to over PLN 1.65 bln in Q1 2019. Over the period, the Intermarché supermarket chain together with its accompanying petrol stations had a turnover PLN 1.2 bln. The chain also opened two stores, in Tarnów.
Going full circle on Cybernetyki
POLAND White Stone is to refurbish two office buildings at ul. Cybernetyki 7 in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. The complex will also be given a new name: Hol 7.7. The buildings, which up to now have been called Helion and Luminar, were added to the company’s portfolio in February.

Capitol Park Zaječar now open
SERBIA The Capitol Park Zaječar retail park has been opened by a joint venture of Poseidon Group and Mitiska REIM in an investment of EUR 10 mln. The centre was built on a 2 ha site in the centre of the city and has a retail area 6,500 sqm.

POLAND PepsiCo has leased 58,470 sqm of warehouse and office space in the P3 Mszczonów logistic park 50 km southwest of Warsaw.
