Competition hots up in the hotel sector
POLAND Airbnb, short term rentals, aparthotels and condos may not be having a major impact on hotel occupancy just yet, but they do constitute a growing challenge to the hotel sector – this was perhaps the main conclusion that emerged from the panel discussion on alternative hospitality formats at the 10th Hotel Investment Conference, which was organised by Eurobuild CEE together with Hotel Professionals Management Group and held in the Moxy Warsaw Praga hotel.
