Poland GLP ready for expansion near Wrocław
Static Control, a manufacturer and supplier of printer supplies, has joined the group of users of the Wrocław V Logistics Centre in Magnice near Wrocław. The entire available space in the park is already leased, and GLP is planning to expand the investment later this year.

Investment firm Lords LB Asset Management has completed the purchase of the Technopolis Ozas office campus in Vilnius with a total area of over 100,000 sqm. The seller was Technopolis Lietuva.

New Post International Poland has selected and leased approximately 5,600 sqm of a warehouse with office space in the Logicor Okęcie logistics park. The company operates in the transport and forwarding industry.

The Park Warsaw gained new tenants during Q3 and Q4 2023 and renewed contracts with existing partners. The office campus, which is managed by White Star Real Estate, is currently 90 pct leased.

Romania Żabka Group concludes formal process of merging
Żabka Group has received approval from the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection to acquire a majority stake in FMCG distribution leader DRIM Daniel Distributie in Romania. As a result, Żabka Group met all regulatory requirements and finalised the transaction.

Poland MSC has chosen Waterfront
MSC Poland, which represents MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, has leased 1,545 sqm of office space in Gdynia Waterfront. The tenant will move into its new office in Q4 2024.

Germany Palmira has leased in Germany
Palmira Capital Partners has concluded several leases, on a total of 10,700 square metres, for its Unternehmensimmobilien Club 2 (UIC 2) fund. In the largest, Plastics expert Sauer Product has taken 8,600 sqm of logistics and storage space in a business park in Dieburg.

Czech Republic CTP lets 60 pct for 10 years
CTP has signed three ten-year leases in its industrial park near Prague, comprising more than 60 pct of a new 32,000 sqm building. The complex will be delivered by the end of Q2 2024 at CTPark Prague North.

Three new tenants from the science and education sectors have chosen Wrocław's Silver Forum office building for their premises. The largest space, almost 2,000 sqm, will be occupied by the private high school Liceum Navigo Wrocław.

Hungary Aerospace company moves to CTPark Budapest Ecser
CTP has signed a long-term lease agreement for 5,590 sqm of multifunctional space at the CTPark Budapest Ecser logistics park with Vilnius-based FL Technics, provider of aircraft MRO services.

Poland New city within a city
Echo Investment and Archicom will develop a multifunctional project on ul. Wita Stwosza in Kraków. Five four-storey buildings will be constructed on the site of the former supply warehouses of the Kraków Fortress. The project will be built in stages and is expected to be completed in 2026.

Panattoni and Dekpol Budownictwo have once again jointly carried out a campaign to help homeless animals, this time supporting a shelter in Gniezno. The facility underwent a comprehensive renovation, and the value of the aid was around EUR 50,000.

Develia is moving its office from Arkady Wrocławskie to the City Forum complex on ul. Traugutta. In the City 1 building, the developer has leased around 1,400 sqm.

A fintech company has leased almost 2,600 sqm of office space in the Lixa D building, which is under construction near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. The new tenant will occupy more than 25 pct of the commercial space available in the building.

Panattoni has received financing for the expansion of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II. The loan of EUR 9.4 mln was granted by Millennium Bank.
