Poland Nrep acquires Gdańsk co-living centre
Scandinavian investor Nrep has acquired its third co-living centre in Gdańsk: Noli Gdańsk Old Town. The building, at ul. Łąkowa 59, was developed by Moderna Holding through the conversion of the historic Czerwone Koszary barracks and now becomes part of the Noli Studios portfolio.

Poland VeloBank looks to Sagittarius
VeloBank has decided to lease almost 2,800 sqm of office space in the Sagittarius Business House complex in the centre of Wrocław.

Slovakia P3 builds in Sládkovičovo
P3 Logistic Parks has announced the construction of a 200,000 sqm gla logistics and industrial park in Sládkovičovo, about 50 km east of Bratislava. The complex is to be built in two stages, with the first tenants moving in at the beginning of 2027.

Poland IKEA to set up showroom office in .KTW
The first Ikea dla Firm showroom in Poland is to officially open in the .KTW office building on June 17th. To mark the occasion, a discussion panel is to be held with representatives from the labour and office space markets. Eurobuild is the media patron of the event.

Poland Peakside and Octane buy two logistics parks
Peakside and Octane Capital Partners have finalised the acquisition of two urban logistics parks from Panattoni: Panattoni Park Warsaw Janki IV with around 13,000 sqm gla, and Panattoni Park Warsaw City V (Targówek) with around 11,000 sqm.

The 54,000 sqm Bridge office complex, which has been developed by Ghelamco near the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout in Warsaw's Wola-Centrum business district, has been granted an occupancy permit.

The Multikino cinema chain is to open a new multiplex in the Galeria Avenida shopping centre in Poznań'. The parties to the deal have signed a letter of intent, while the landlord is now applying for a building permit for the eight-screen cinema.
