Germany 11,600 sqm leased in Berlin
Sonar Real Estate, acting in its capacity as asset manager, has let around 11,600 sqm of office space in three properties in Berlin. Five leases have been agreed.

Poland Hillwood's first tenant in Łazy
Entalpia Europe has become the first tenant of the Hillwood Łazy logistics centre. The company, which specialises in solutions for the HVAC-R industry, has leased 14,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,200 sqm, of office space.

Poland Clyde & Co chooses V Tower
The British law firm Clyde & Co has commenced operations in Poland and established its office in the V Tower building in Warsaw. The company has already acquired space on the 10th floor of the building, which Cornerstone Investment Management is currently renovating.

Europe Another quarter of negative performance
Inrev’s Quarterly Fund Index confirms an ongoing correction in the European real estate market. The Q4 2023 performance was yet again negative, a total return of -1.70 pct, and a sharp decline from -0.56 pct reported in Q3 2023.

Poland New tenants, more work at Turawa Park
The project of expansion at Turawa Park – which received a building permit last year – has now entered the construction phase, with the handover to the general contractor. In support of this project, Focus Estate Fund has secured financing through a credit facility provided by BNP Paribas Bank.

Poland Good prospects ahead
According to the latest report “Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland”, released by Newmark Polska, 2023 was one of the best years in the market’s history. It saw the second highest new supply (3.7 mln sqm) and the third highest take-up (5.6 mln sqm) and development pipeline (2.8 mln sqm). Considerable warehouse availability levels brought a long-awaited stabilization of rental rates.

Polcast Media Group, the owner of Polonia 1 television, one of Poland's oldest commercial television stations, has recently secured a lease for circa 500 sqm in Trinity One office building located in Warsaw's Służewiec district.

Poland Plant ready for operation
Panattoni has completed and handed over the main European production facility for Maxcess. Built on a BTS basis, the new hall in Łubowo will facilitate the relocation of the existing factory, enhance the capacity for new product and service development, and is expected to double employment, bolstering the local labor market's growth.

Germany Early full occupancy in Hamburg
The technology company Freudenberg Sealing Technologies will move into the multi-user campus Victoria Park Hamburg, currently being developed by Garbe in a joint venture with the Jebens Group. Vastint Romania is starting phase II of the Timpuri Noi Square project in Bucharest. After obtaining the necessary permits, the developer will construct two new office buildings, which will increase the area of the entire complex to more than 100,000 sqm.

Poland Electronics at Segro Logistics Park Gliwice
Segro has signed an agreement with Centrumelektroniki.eu for the rental of warehouse and office space in Silesia. In the new location, the company will strengthen its existing logistics services, offering more efficient completion and shipment of products to the target customer.
