GetResponse Properties has purchased two office buildings from the Arkońska Business Park complex in Gdańsk with a total leasable area of 11,200 sqm.

Europe GTC issues bonds worth EUR 450 mln
GTC has issued EUR 455 mln in senior secured bonds, which mature in 2030 with a coupon rate of 6.5 pct per annum. The bonds were issued to fund the repurchase announced on October 1st of EUR 500 mln of unsecured bonds due in 2026, of which EUR 494 mln remain outstanding.
