CZECH REPUBLIC Revetas Capital Fund II has sold the A7 Office Center building in Prague’s Holešovice to Czech investor Conseq.
First Browary Warszawskie building sold
POLAND GLL Real Estate Partners has completed the acquisition of Biura przy Bramie, which is the first building of Echo Investment’s Browary Warszawskie mixed-use complex in Warsaw’s Wola district. The property was sold for EUR 76.8 mln.
