ROMANIA French logistics and transport services provider FM Logistic has opened a EUR 20 mln cold storage warehouse in Bucharest to meet demand from the growing pharmaceuticals industry in Romania.

Eastnine makes EUR 128 mln purchase
LITHUANIA Eastnine has acquired building I and agreed to buy a further two office buildings in the S7 office park complex in Vilnius. The price of all three buildings comes to EUR 128.3 mln representing a yield of 5.8 pct.

RUSSIA Industrial developer PNK Group has started the construction of two industrial buildings for Russian retailer Lenta.

CBRE revenues rise 15 pct
WORLD CBRE recorded USD 21.3 bln full-year revenue for 2018, up 15 pct y-o-y. Its net income increased 53 pct to USD 1.1 bln, while its earnings per diluted share rose 51 pct to USD 3.1.

POLAND 2018 saw a record-breaking EUR 1.84 bln of investment transactions, 2 mln sqm of completed warehousing space and 3,7 mln sqm leased on the Polish warehouse market claims JLL.

RUSSIA Etalon has reported a 51 pct y-o-y increase in apartment sale contracts in January, which reached RUB 5.5 bln (app. EUR 73,000,000).

BALTIC STATES Merko Ehitus has posted revenue of EUR 119.2 mln for Q4 of 2018 and its 12-month revenue figure came to EUR 418 mln. The group’s net profit for Q4 2018 was EUR 7 mln and the 12-month net profit was EUR 19.3 mln.

Three properties under C&W management
POLAND/CZECH REPUBLIC Cushman & Wakefield is to take over the property management of two AEW centres in Poland: the Klif shopping centre in Gdynia and Klif Tower (including the Klif House of Fashion) in Warsaw. Under the same deal, AEW has also appointed it to be the property manager for Myslbek mixed-use centre in Prague.
