POLAND Roof windows producer Velux Group has renewed and expanded its lease from app. 1,750 sqm to 2,300 sqm in The Park Warsaw complex in Warsaw’s Włochy district.

POLAND The Prosta Giełda share trading site is to be launched on April 15th, designed for users to sell and purchase shares in commercial real estate on terms similar to those used on stock exchanges.

POLAND Warsaw city council has unveiled a scale model of Warszawska Dzielnica Społeczna [the Warsaw Social District], which is to be developed on the site of a former housing construction elements factory at the western end of ul. Górczewska in Wola district. A new model estate for more than 5,000 residents is planned – with apartments priced for every budget, different age and social groups, and with all services on site.

POLAND BPI Real Estate Poland has finalised the sale of retail and service units with a total of 4,300 sqm gla in the Bulwary Książęce project in Wrocław. The new owner is Metropolitan Investment, which has acquired units ranging from 52 sqm to 1,100 sqm built in the first stage and planned in the second stage of the project. Around 140 parking spaces will be available to the customers of these outlets.
POLAND Two new buildings are to be developed in the Off Piotrkowska Centre project on the site of the former Ramisch factory in Łódź city centre.

POLAND TriCity-based EDS Retail Park is planning to develop retail parks with a total leasable area of more than 22,000 sqm this year. The first project was launched this month: EDS Park Opatów in Świętokrzyskie province. Work on the other parks is also to start in the next few months, in such locations as Pomerania. A total of twelve projects under the EDS Park brand are now in the pipeline.
