POLAND Danish transport and logistics company DSV Solutions has leased 9,000 sqm of warehouse space at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre, owned by Goodman nine km north-east of Gdańsk. The company is to relocate from Prologis Park Gdańsk.

POLAND New York-based investor Madison International Realty has bought a 50 pct stake in the Warsaw Spire office building in Warsaw on behalf of its Madison International Real Estate Liquidity Fund VI, which has now become the equaljoint owner alongside the Ghelamco GP12 fund.
