P3 to extend its Bucharest operations
ROMANIA P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 16 ha site in Dragomirești-Vale on the north-western outskirts of Bucharest. The P3 Bucharest NW Ring Road park is to be developed on the site and will eventually comprise 80,000 sqm.

POLAND Mennica Legacy Tower has now reached a height of over 100m. The skyscraper, which is being jointly developed by Golub GetHouse and the Mint of Poland at the junction of ul. Prosta and ul. Żelazna in Warsaw, has a target height of 140m and should be topped off in Q1 2019.
